If you’ve been holding off on laying down your hard-earned credit score for new Camaro until the drop-top version is available, we’ve got good news for you. The kids at General Motors showed off a near-production version of the car to a handful of dealers during a Web chat earlier this week.
During the show, Brent Dewar, VP of the Chevrolet global brand, said the corn-fed topless wonder will be available soon. Hm. Last we heard the car is due for a March 2011 launch.
Seems like The General and the public at large have a difference of opinion when it comes to the definition of the word “soon.” Still, it’s pretty bad ass to see the Bow Tie with its hair down.
